Dressing properly for the mountains can make the difference between an enjoyable trip and an uncomfortable one. Clothing should give the right degree of warmth for the activity, wick perspiration and be well-ventilated. Clothes made from cotton should be avoided, since in wet conditions they absorb your body heat as they slowly dry out.
Typically, the weather conditions in Ecuador can vary from day to day and even throughout the day. Therefore the clothing that will serve you best should be versatile, such as a layering system of mid and light weight garments.
Please, do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have about the required gear!
